About Me Guardian

Biography
I'm a Computer Science student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, graduating in May 2027. My interests lie in the intersection of software engineering, AI, and infrastructure: building the platforms, tools, and systems that make complex technology practical and reliable.
During my internship with IBM watsonx.ai, I worked on AI-integrated developer workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, and automated end-to-end testing. That experience strengthened my interest in engineering beyond the application layer, particularly how software systems are tested, integrated, deployed, and maintained.
Outside of work, I build projects that let me explore ideas across the stack, from computer vision and intelligent applications to backend services, databases, and cloud infrastructure. I also serve as Vice President of the UNLV Software Engineering Club and help organize RebelHacks, where I work with students, university organizations, and industry partners to create opportunities for people to learn and build together.
I'm especially interested in distributed systems, AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, performance optimization, and developer tooling. I enjoy understanding how systems work beneath the surface and turning that understanding into software that other people can depend on.

How I work
I like building things end to end, from an idea and a technical design to a working application.
I'm curious about what happens under the hood: performance, reliability, architecture, and the trade-offs behind engineering decisions.
I believe engineering is collaborative. Some of my most rewarding work involves bringing people together to learn, build, and solve problems.
Strong engineering communities are built by giving people opportunities to contribute. Whether I'm organizing a hackathon, leading a team, or helping a student debug their first program, I want to create environments where people can learn from each other and build things they couldn't have built alone.
